Make sure that you are open in everything you do and everything happening to the team’s work because you are a TEAM. Always tell them if everything is getting along the way or how you planned it because once there is a problem in the team’s work. You never say what is happening from the beginning, and it will be hard for them to understand what is going on and how you end up having that kind of problem. That is why you need to be open and tell them everything that is happening, or else you will end up suffering and have unsuccessful trading.

Always help each other grow for a better team outcome. If there is a problem with your team’s actions and work, tell it to them. And if there are problems with how you work, make sure that you are open to whatever they will say so that you will grow as individual and as a team.
